Touch for Health Kinesiology
Learn Touch for Health Kinesiology

I don't know how interested you are in your family's health and well being, as well as being aware of the body's own incredible healing abilities.

Have you ever cut yourself on paper? Apart from the fact that it hurts, I wonder if you have ever thought how the body knows how to stop the bleeding, pull the wound together and heal itself so much so you would never have known that the cut was ever there.
It appears that the body has all the resources it needs to fix itself - and in many cases does that without too much effort on our part.

Touch for Health is the most widely used system of Kinesiology in the world, and builds on the body's own ability to correct things that are wrong. You can learn to balance the energies of yourself and others by releasing the blockages that prevent this self-healing from happening. The course is a practical guide to natural health which improves posture and reduces physical and mental pain and tension. The techniques are simple and powerful and can be learned in a series of classes which will give you the ability to use for yourself, friends and family or as a Practitioner.

In the first course you will learn the basics and then as and when you want to progress to cover more levels we build on that knowledge learning more techniques.

There is a lot a practical work during the courses which is supported by workbooks and home activities

The cost includes manuals for all levels and TFH certificates for each level completed.

Touch for Health is accredited by the International Kinesiology College, so can be practised worldwide.

Building capability through flexibility
What is building capability through flexibility?

I was thinking to myself the other day, what do I actually do, and whilst there are lots of techniques I practise, they are a bit of an eclectic mix, so I sought to define what I do in as fewer words as possible - and this is how I did it

So what is capability? - The power or ability to generate an outcome

and flexibility? - The quality of being flexible; suppleness; pliability

In the world we live in now people's capabilities are pushed to the limits, often past the the people's own perceptions of what their capabilities are, and in certain circumstances causing a hypertrophy in people's bodies and minds.

Using a blend of Touch for Health Kinesiology, Vibrational Kinesiology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, hypnotic language patterns and a coaching approach can help maintain mental and physical flexibility to create new opportunities.

Are you curious what effect this will have on you and may be your team. I can tell you right now that the effects are psychological, physiological and anatomical, and positively affect all involved.

Call me or send me an email NOWto find out how this can benefit you and your team.
