About Me

My background is heavily based around working and being in people-based environments. After having spent over twenty years in the retail industry as a manager in all kinds of different operational areas, yet always having a strong interest in how people learned and developed new skills, I moved into training and development on a corporate level with another FTSE 100 company, managing the process of retail, financial and legal systems training.

I have been coaching for seven years, albeit for some of the times didn't realise it until more recently, but used various coaching techniques to ensure I listened to what people really wanted and help get them to where they wanted to go.

I am a winner of Two National Training Awards for innovative and effective training solutions, have a Diploma in Life Coaching and am a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming - as trained by the Society of NLP, and can count people such as the world's most successful hypnotist Paul McKenna PhD, the co-developer of NLP Dr Richard Bandler, Master Trainer of NLP and Persuasion Engineering - John LaValle, and Master Trainer NLP and 'Coach to the Stars' - Michael Neill as those who have trained me.

I work with Paul McKenna on his training sessions occasionally and support with Weight Loss seminars among other things I am also a business adviser on the Young Enterprise scheme, supporting a local secondary school in setting up a business, trading, making profit and liquidating.
